It's hard to know what will happen with health care reform, but President Obama hasn't given up; he announced a bipartisan summit on the issue that will be televised late in February.
Late last month, SHARE held a conference call for our upstate Ovarian Cancer Hotline volunteers about how health care reform might affect people in New York State.
Mark Scherzer from New Yorkers for Accessible Health Coverage talked about access, affordability, and comprehensiveness in coverage and care. Theresa Conti, SHARE's Ovarian Cancer Hotline Consultant, introduced him.
