National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program
This web site enables you to identify local programs offering free or low-cost screening mammograms for women age 40 and over. Income and residency requirements apply.
Women who are diagnosed under these federally funded programs are eligible for treatment under Emergency Medicaid, thanks to the efforts of breast cancer advocates in the National Breast Cancer Coalition, of which SHARE is a member.
