I was so excited by the results of a recent study that affirmed what I've always known -- exercise can make you feel better! This study concluded that strength training and aerobic exercise can cut joint pain from aromatase inhibitors by 20%-30% over the usual care regimen. If you're taking these drugs to prevent a breast cancer recurrence -- and even if you're not -- an exercise routine can help tremendously!
