Exercise Reduces Joint Pain from Cancer Meds

I was so excited by the results of a recent study that affirmed what I've always known -- exercise can make you feel better! This study concluded that strength training and aerobic exercise can cut joint pain from aromatase inhibitors by 20%-30% over the usual care regimen. If you're taking these drugs to prevent a breast cancer recurrence -- and even if you're not -- an exercise routine can help tremendously!

I'm re-sharing two short videos I made to help you get started. Please let me know if they help by leaving comments below.

Waiting for your pasta plie offers a great strength training routine for your core and lower body.

Kitchen sink calf raise and leg stretches will help you strengthen your lower legs and ankles to get you ready for walking (a great aerobic exercise!).
