Free Housing for Patients Traveling for Cancer Treatment
Airbnb, in partnership with the Cancer Support Community, is providing free housing for cancer patients and caregivers that meet certain geographic and income criteria. For more information and to apply for the program, contact the CSC Airbnb hotline at 877.793.0498.
JCC Shirley Kohn Spa Day for Women Living with Breast or Ovarian Cancer
This is a free day of mind/body programs including yoga, meditation, massage, and more, which is designed for women currently in cancer treatment. Birth Control Pills Tied to Reduced Risk of Deadly Ovarian Cancer, by Ian Ingram
According to new research presented by the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR), oral contraceptive use has been associated with reduced overall risk of ovarian cancer.
