Individuals with gynecologic cancer can join Julie Larson, LCSW and peers via video or phone to talk about topics such as “Party of One: When You Are the Primary Caregiver for You”.
Not all cancer survivors have an extensive or consistently available network for support. Getting to and from medical appointments, processing difficult information, making treatment decisions, or finding your way through dark emotional moments is hard; doing all of this on your own is even more challenging. While certain situations like a move or a significant life change may contribute to isolation, feeling alone can also happen even when other people surround us. Join us on Wednesday, April 9th, as we talk together about the realities of managing on your own. And perhaps, by simply talking about this truth with other survivors, we begin to create the possibility of walking through cancer survivorship in a way that could feel different for you.
