Join Donna Barats, certified Zumba® & Silversneakers® Instructor and Ovarian Cancer Survivor, for a complete workout that will keep you moving, and feeling great after each class. Her motto is "Don't dance for the scale, dance so you'll be strong enough to face whatever battles lay ahead." Drop in and try a class! We guarantee you'll have fun!!

Mondays

Zumba® Toning: combines body-sculpting exercises and cardio work infused with Zumba® moves to create a strength-training fitness party. Students learn how to use lightweight toning sticks or dumbbells to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, and thighs.

Tuesdays/Thursdays

Silver Sneakers® Classic: increase muscle strength and range of movement, and improve activities for daily living. You’ll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support. This particular Silver Sneakers® Classic class utilizes light hand weights (can substitute with water bottles), a fitness band (can substitute with weights), a fitness ball (can substitute with a pillow), and a chair. The class can be done seated or standing.

Wednesdays/Fridays

Zumba® Fitness: mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
