Too often, Black women’s pain and symptoms are overlooked or minimized by doctors, by loved ones, even by ourselves. This session creates a space for us to come together, share our lived experiences, and learn from others about how they have spoken up with family, friends, and healthcare providers. Join us Thursday, November 20th at 7pm ET. We’ll discuss practical ways to prepare for appointments, document your feelings, and advocate for the care you deserve. Most of all, it’s a chance to remind one another: you are not alone, and your voice carries weight. Let’s talk about it.
