Newly Diagnosed and In Treatment Uterine Cancer Support Group
To offer more support to patients throughout the United States and beyond, SHARE invites participants to join support groups via videoconferencing and/or dial-in options using a toll-free number. For more information, please call our Helpline at 844-ASK-SHARE.Please note that attendance is reserved for people who have received a cancer diagnosis and continue to need support in survivorship.
This group is designed for women who are newly diagnosed and in treatment for uterine/endometrial cancer or uterine sarcoma. Join us as we share personal experiences and support each other through the challenges of diagnosis and treatment.
*Please note that there will be a program on Feb 27th. Dr. Puja Venkat, radiation oncologist and Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology, UCLA Medical Center, will join us for the first hour of our “Newly Diagnosed and In Treatment” Support Group. She will present the latest uterine cancer radiation information and answer your questions. After her presentation, the support group will hold its regular session for the remaining hour.
