Employment Discrimination and Cancer Patients’ Rights
Cancer patients and survivors may face particular legal issues when they deal with their employers. The presentation will outline the applicable health and employment laws, explain your rights when facing unfair or discriminatory practices and provide guidance on strategies for protecting yourselves in the workplace. A question and answer period will follow.
This program will take place during the Queens Support Group.
Anyone with a breast cancer diagnosis is welcome to attend.
