SHARE Cancer Support Welcomes Three New Members to Its Board of Directors

SHARE Cancer Support is proud to announce the election of three new members to its Board of Directors: Sougata Dasgupta, Eden C. Ezell, Esq., and Judy Strauss-Mast. Each brings extensive leadership experience across healthcare, finance, pharma, and governance. We are proud to welcome these three individuals to our Board of Directors as they work to strengthen SHARE’s mission to provide free support and education to people facing breast and gynecologic cancers. 

Sougata Dasgupta is an Operational & Transformation Executive with a record of scaling organizations, driving digital modernization, and building high-performing teams across Technology, FinTech, Financial Services, and Supply Chain sectors. Over his career, he has led enterprise-wide initiatives generating more than $100M in savings through procurement and supply chain transformation, 250% productivity gains in operations, and 400% revenue growth across technology, financial services, and design sectors. He is at his best at building organizations and systems that enhance scalability, empower teams and drive measurable value. He lives in Plainsboro, NJ, with his wife and two kids.

Eden C. Ezell, Esq most recently served as System Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Ochsner Health, Louisiana’s largest not-for-profit academic health system, where she directed enterprise-wide compliance, privacy, regulatory affairs, cyber risk, security, and business continuity across 44,000 employees and 415 sites. Previously, she held progressively senior legal and compliance leadership roles at LHC Group, managing complex litigation, government investigations, IPOs, and M&A transactions. Beginning in 2026, Eden will apply her deep expertise and varied experience as an adjunct professor of law in the health law program at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Eden is also an active member of the Health Care Compliance Association, the American Health Law Association, the International Coaching Federation, the Chief organization, and was a founding member of the Health Management Academy Cyber Collaborative. Eden holds a JD from the University of Mississippi, an MBA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and a BA in biology from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College.

With my executive leadership experience in healthcare law, compliance, and risk management, I’ve seen firsthand how access to trusted information and community can transform the patient experience, which makes SHARE’s mission especially meaningful to me.”

Judy Strauss-Mast is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience shaping U.S. pricing, market access, and patient-support strategies across major pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations. She recently retired as VP, Market Access & Patient Services at Sandoz, where she played a key role in multiple biosimilar launches, and previously served as VP at Novartis, driving access strategies for a multi-billion-dollar innovative medicines portfolio. Her earlier career includes commercial leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, Pharmacia, and IBM, and she has been recognized with honors such as the HBA Rising Star Award and the NJ TWIN Award.

She has been deeply engaged in mentoring and advancing women in leadership, fostering collaborative environments that support growth and professional development. Judy also volunteers with initiatives focused on education and patient advocacy. She holds a master’s degree from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science from SUNY Albany.

SHARE Cancer Support is a national, peer-led nonprofit organization that supports and educates anyone who has been diagnosed with breast or gynecologic cancer and provides critical information to the general public about signs, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment options.
