Untire is the app created by Tired Of Cancer, which helps combat the extreme fatigue cancer patients and survivors feel during and after treatment. It is the first comprehensive app of its kind, which provides support to patients and survivors that suffer from extreme fatigue. Presentation on Medical Debt for Cancer Patients & Survivors

A same-day biopsy program, which was discussed at the 2019 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) cancer conference, was shown to help reduce disparities in breast cancer care. “These investigators demonstrated that by shifting their practices to provide same-day services, including diagnostic imaging and biopsy, to patients, that they were better able to serve the needs of these patients,” said Lisa Newman, MD, MPH, chief of breast surgery at Weill Cornell Medicine and NewYork-Presbyterian... “I think it will serve as a very powerful model for other healthcare systems.” Read the full article from Cancer Network with the link here.
