AYA Breast Cancer Support Group
The AYA Breast Cancer support group meets every 4th Wednesday of the month via Zoom. This new support group is specifically for those under 40 years old with early-stage breast cancer (stage 0 thru stage III). It will be facilitated by AYA breast cancer patient and nurse by trade Julia Laursen.
This support group will discuss the unique challenges young adults face such as fertility, careers, raising a young family while going through treatment, and so much more. You are not alone. Join us to share your experience and expertise while also learning from others.
*AYA stands for adolescent and young adults diagnosed with cancer under 40 years old.
