Menopause after a breast cancer diagnosis can feel unpredictable, frustrating, and isolating—whether it’s chemo-induced menopause, surgical menopause, perimenopause, or natural menopause. From sudden hot flashes and brain fog to changes in bone health, sleep, mood, and confidence, many Black women are left wondering how their bodies will respond and how to navigate this new chapter.
In this session, we’ll have an honest conversation about hormones, bone and joint health, body changes, and the insecurities that can come with feeling unfamiliar in your own skin. Together, we’ll share practical tips, supportive insights, and real talk about caring for ourselves as we continue to move through early-stage survivorship and metastatic life with strength and grace.
